DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Dublin, Belfast or Malta. The role focuses on building and operating cloud‑native platforms using Kubernetes and AWS, driving modernisation and automation in a secure, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) platforms on AWS.
• Support and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Harness.io.
• Implement observability and monitoring using Datadog.
• Enhance and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including ECS, compute, database and security services.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Document and improve deployment and operational processes, ensuring compliance with change‑management and security standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide self‑service platform capabilities.
• Participate in incident response, reliability initiatives and cloud cost optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a senior DevOps or Platform Engineering role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, especially AWS EKS.
• Proven experience with AWS services and ECS environments.
• Experience working in regulated or security‑focused settings.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
