About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead B2B performance marketing across all EMEA markets for One4All, the UK and Ireland’s leading multi‑store gift‑card provider. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing EMEA, you will shape data‑driven strategies that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute pan‑regional B2B digital marketing strategies covering SEM, SEO, CRO, PPC, paid social and affiliate programmes.
- Manage performance budgets, optimise spend and achieve targets such as impression share, cost‑per‑lead and quality scores.
- Leverage LLM and AI‑powered tools for content generation, keyword planning, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, both owned and earned, including keyword research and content support.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure effective execution and continuous optimisation.
- Translate performance data into actionable commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B performance marketing within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration skills across regional, global and product teams.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and business lines simultaneously.
