About the role
Stripe is looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to lead and scale its paid digital campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end process of designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive demand, engage key user segments, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Ideate, strategize, and execute large‑scale paid campaigns across paid social, display, and direct‑response channels.
- Develop and manage testing agendas and media plans to maximize ROI.
- Drive growth across metrics such as suspects, MQLs, SQOs, sign‑ups, pipeline, and revenue.
- Collaborate with design, product marketing, analytics, and regional teams to build a best‑in‑class paid program.
- Report campaign performance to stakeholders and maintain visibility of the roadmap.
- Manage audience targeting to ensure the right users are reached.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, reallocate spend, and continuously improve performance.
- Identify program weaknesses and create remediation plans.
Required profile
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social, display, and direct‑response.
- 2+ years of experience leading paid programs at scale.
