About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead performance‑marketing initiatives for Brown Thomas Arnotts during a maternity‑cover period. The role focuses on driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, loyalty growth and app downloads across paid and organic channels to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of four channel specialists and external agency partners, setting priorities and removing blockers.
- Own traffic performance for Brown Thomas and Arnotts websites, delivering reporting and insights for tactical and strategic decisions.
- Execute acquisition strategies to grow new customers, retain existing ones and increase repeat purchases.
- Oversee SEO and content optimisation to improve organic visibility and performance.
- Use web analytics, customer insights, segmentation and behavioural data to optimise campaigns, journeys, budgets and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic partners such as Google, Meta and Rakuten.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Digital Trade, Data & Analytics, Brand Marketing, Digital Creative and Finance.
- Own the paid‑media budget, including forecasting, allocation and spend optimisation.
- Monitor and improve commercial metrics including ROI, CTS, CAC and channel effectiveness.
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights on campaign performance, traffic and sales outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in digital performance‑marketing management, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
- Proven team‑leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of performance‑marketing channels, acquisition strategies and emerging industry trends.
