Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead B2B Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end marketing function for a fast‑growing cybersecurity company. You will work closely with sales and senior leadership to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑channel marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing.
• Improve inbound growth through website optimisation, landing pages and conversion tracking (WordPress, GTM, GA4).
• Manage email marketing and automation using Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Partner with sales to enhance lead quality, tracking and conversion.
• Plan and deliver webinars and virtual events (Teams, Zoom, Eventbrite).
• Own SEO performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Oversee social media planning and performance on LinkedIn and Sprout Social.
• Create and manage content for blogs, campaigns and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Produce visual and video assets with Canva, Adobe Suite and AI tools.
• Analyse performance and report ROI using GA4, Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end marketing in a lean or standalone team.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline and ROI.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes.
