Director, Third‑Party Risk Management Program (BPO)

About the role

The Director of Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) leads a global, enterprise‑wide program focused on mitigating anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption risks in third‑party engagements. Reporting to the Senior Director, the role serves as the Business Process Owner, partnering with Compliance, Legal, IT, Procurement and other functions to embed risk controls into everyday business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve the TPRM program, ensuring alignment with anti‑corruption laws such as the FCPA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to capture program requirements and deploy enabling technology solutions.
• Drive ethical culture change, modeling integrity and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Monitor and report on third‑party risk metrics, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure that third‑party compliance risk management is integrated into business operations worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in compliance, legal, risk or related functions.
• Strong understanding of anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, global programs and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
