Senior Legal Counsel – Innovative Medicine Supply Chain

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its Innovative Medicine (IM) Supply Chain. The role focuses on advanced therapies and emerging modalities, ensuring legal compliance across the end‑to‑end supply chain from early clinical development to commercial launch.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior IM Supply Chain leaders on advanced therapy programs and digitally enabled supply models.
• Advise on capacity planning, allocation frameworks, launch readiness, resiliency, and shortage response for global and regional demand‑supply teams.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain Planning, IM SC Digital, Oncology, R&D, Technical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of compliant, patient‑centric supply strategies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level legal professional with experience in advanced therapies or high‑risk pharmaceutical supply chains.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, novel legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
