Event Waiting Team Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiting Team Members to join our Events team at Fallon & Byrne. You will support a variety of events – from weddings to corporate gatherings – ensuring every guest enjoys a polished and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces according to brand standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive environment throughout the event.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Assist with post‑event clean‑up and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, events, or restaurant settings (fine‑dining experience a plus).
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Warm, friendly personality and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a polished presentation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, especially weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language.
