About the role

Join the award‑winning Merrion Hotel in Dublin as a Room Service Waiter, delivering premium in‑room dining experiences to discerning guests in a five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present amenities in guest bedrooms according to hotel standards.
• Follow daily AM/PM cleaning and polishing checklists.
• Transport and serve food to guests, adhering to Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
• Enter orders and manage transactions using the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
• Set up room service trolleys and trays for each order.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with courteous communication toward guests and colleagues.
• Enthusiastic and team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
