Part‑time Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Receptionist to join the front‑desk team at Hilton Dublin Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures and complete required audits.
• Communicate guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
• Promote hotel services and up‑sell rooms and packages.
• Process foreign currency, credit cards and cash in line with hotel policies.
• Adhere to security, fire safety and health regulations.
• Support other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
