About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Managing Director of a fast‑growing company based in Roscommon Town. The role combines business, operational and personal administration, acting as the right‑hand to the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s diary, meetings, emails and correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing documents and take minutes at meetings.
- Coordinate internal communications, support projects and produce reports.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for business and personal trips.
- Handle personal administration, family logistics, bills and subscriptions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA or Business Support professional.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C‑suite executives.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
