About the role
We are seeking a highly organised, office‑based Customer Operations Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations, customer administration and limited marketing activities at Netcelero, an Irish technology company focused on secure connectivity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stock, inventory and purchase orders.
- Process orders, coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Handle customer account and order queries, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable.
- Support account management and general customer support.
- Update website content via the company CMS and draft/schedule email newsletters.
- Assist with blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn content and maintain the content calendar.
- Perform basic SEO tasks and reporting.
- Administer the CRM and email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot).
- Provide office coordination and operational support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in office administration or office management.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience using a content management system for website updates.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic SEO.
