About the role
Aramark is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring safety, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing stock, and overseeing third‑party contractors on site.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate contractor services and supervise third‑party work on site.
- Allocate reactive maintenance tasks via the CAFM system and track progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on reactive, planned, and ad‑hoc repairs.
- Order and manage stock of materials and spare parts.
- Support Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), energy, waste and cleaning inspections.
- Arrange porterage for heavy parcels and equipment.
- Handle health and safety documentation, including inductions, RAMS, permits and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, purchase orders, and remedial repairs in the CMMS.
Required profile
- Experience with facilities or building management operations.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and documentation.
- Ability to produce and file reports, work dockets and purchase orders.
- Strong organisational skills for scheduling and stock control.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CAFM system for task allocation.
- Experience using a CMMS (specifically QFM).
- Competence in Outlook Calendar for appointment and event management.
