Senior Site Engineer – Dublin

About the role

Join a leading Tier One construction contractor in Ireland as a Senior Site Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects across residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors in the Dublin region, working closely with the Site Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all engineering activities on‑site.
• Set out and level the site according to drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with architects, consultants and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance.
• Monitor quality control and uphold the highest construction standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
• Support the Site Manager in planning and scheduling work.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a site engineering role, preferably with a Tier One contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work on Dublin‑based sites.
