Senior Site Engineer – Dublin

About the role

Join one of Ireland's leading Tier One construction firms as a Senior Site Engineer. You will be based in Dublin and play a key part in delivering complex, high‑profile projects across residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all engineering activities on‑site.
• Set out and level the site according to drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with architects, consultants and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance.
• Monitor quality control and uphold the highest construction standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
• Support the Site Manager with planning and scheduling.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 + years experience in a site engineering role, preferably with a Tier One contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work on Dublin‑based sites.
