Field Training Audiologist – Ireland

About the role

The Field Training Audiologist will deliver high‑quality training to GN Hearing customers across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. You will work closely with the sales and training teams to inspire confidence in audiologists and ensure they are equipped to recommend, fit and adapt GN Hearing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for audiologists in both private and public channels.
• Create tailored training materials that showcase product features and benefits.
• Support product launches, onboarding activities and key account initiatives.
• Utilise a mix of in‑person, virtual and recorded learning methods to meet diverse audience needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams in Ireland, the UK and North Europe to align training with strategic goals.
• Travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within Ireland and occasionally to other North European markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Audiology.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hearing‑aid dispensing, with at least 2 years in private or retail channels.
• HCPC registration or eligibility to register.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong public‑speaking and adult‑learning presentation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to balance travel and training schedules.
