Healthcare Assistant – Full‑Time Permanent

About the role

CareChoice Nursing Home Group is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team across multiple locations in Ireland. This full‑time permanent position offers the chance to provide high‑quality, holistic care to residents in a supportive nursing home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support nursing staff in delivering comprehensive resident care.
• Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition according to individual needs.
• Help residents mobilise safely using appropriate aids.
• Escort or transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Participate in end‑of‑life care when required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by nurses or management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare (preferred).
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Healthcare Support (preferred).
• Valid driving licence (preferred).
