Finance Business Partner

About the role

This position is a strategic finance role within a well‑established Irish organisation. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with senior divisional finance leaders to deliver timely and reliable reporting.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Review, challenge, and align divisional budgets with the company’s strategic plan.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across finance functions.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required by the wider business.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team approach.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with finance systems and reporting tools.
