Financial Accountant – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our fast‑growing finance team in Dublin. The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the office, and offers the chance to influence financial reporting and support business performance during a period of transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end processes, including accruals, journal entries and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Analyse performance versus budget and prior year, delivering clear variance commentary.
• Support revenue recognition and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist with year‑end audit and tax compliance activities.
• Contribute to reporting improvements and drive efficiencies across finance.
• Provide ad‑hoc commercial analysis on sales, costs and profitability.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume finance environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
