Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a respected business in South Dublin. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, partner with commercial and operational teams, and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the finance team.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and board packs.
• Act as a business partner to commercial and operational teams.
• Manage cash flow and working capital reporting.
• Drive finance transformation, including process automation and systems improvements.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with approximately 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven people‑management experience.
• Strong financial reporting expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
