Financial Planning Analyst – FP&A

About the role

ProAmpac is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join its finance team and support strategic decision‑making through high‑quality financial insight and analysis. The role works closely with senior finance and operational leaders in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis to drive operational performance, cost optimisation and informed decision‑making.
• Develop and track key financial and operational KPIs.
• Analyse actual performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and business drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Support continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting and analytics processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide clear financial insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in FP&A, finance or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree in Finance, Business or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA are desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
