Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are an innovative, fast‑growing life sciences company seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support a pivotal trial and ongoing scale‑up. You will work closely with senior leadership, the board, and investors, shaping the financial future of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for a critical trial and company growth.
• Develop and enhance financial modelling capabilities across the organisation.
• Provide high‑quality reporting and insights to senior leadership, the board, and investors.
• Identify and implement cost‑control initiatives.
• Support commercial decision‑making and fundraising activities.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
• Experience in life sciences, medtech, or a similarly regulated sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
