The Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Fiadh Restaurant team. Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service in buffet, table, or bar environments.
• Engage warmly with guests, offering local knowledge and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service throughout each shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong team player who can also take initiative when needed.
• Flexible and dependable, especially during busy service periods.
