French Speaking Customer Representative – Paid Relocation to Greece

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Customer Representative to join our team supporting Dyson products. The position offers the chance to work remotely from anywhere in Greece while enjoying a paid relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve product‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to new technologies and processes.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
