French Supply Chain Account Manager – Reseller Operations (11‑month)

About the role

Join the Reseller Operations team to manage the French supply‑chain relationship with Apple resellers across EMEIA. You will act as the primary liaison between Apple’s Operations group and reseller partners, ensuring product availability, accurate forecasting, and smooth new‑product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with reseller partners on product ranging, digital marketing and assortment strategies.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with key contacts at reseller companies.
• Analyse partner demand data, identify trends and improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead regular forecast review meetings and present executive‑level performance reports.
• Manage new product introductions and seasonal inventory strategies.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply‑chain disruptions.
• Monitor reseller compliance with contractual terms.
• Develop deep knowledge of each reseller’s supply‑chain model and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Supply‑Chain Analyst, Demand Planner or similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a track record of resolving supply‑chain challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
