Logistics Analyst – 11‑Month Contract

About the role

The EMEIA Logistics team at Apple is looking for an experienced Inbound Logistics Analyst on an 11‑month contract. You will act as the primary liaison between business teams and logistics partners to ensure shipments meet or exceed delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics partner teams and freight forwarders to meet business timelines and project requirements.
• Monitor customer fulfillment experience, track key metrics, and resolve shipping exceptions.
• Collaborate with inbound, outbound, distribution centers, contact center, and 3PL partners.
• Analyze partner performance and customer behavior to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Build dashboards and reports with the Business Process Re‑engineering team.
• Support peak periods and adapt to shifting operational needs.
• Contribute to projects and represent inbound logistics as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
• Relevant degree.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and logistics partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Analytics or BI tools such as Tableau or GBI.
• Experience with SAP or Apple internal databases.
