Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our fast‑paced engineering team in Dublin. You will design, develop and maintain modern web applications, collaborating closely with product, design and engineering stakeholders to deliver high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a cross‑functional Agile team, participating in planning, design, development, testing and release activities.
• Collaborate with product designers, managers and other stakeholders to translate user requirements into effective frontend solutions.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, ensuring quality, performance and maintainability.
• Develop clean, scalable frontend applications using modern practices and frameworks.
• Write well‑tested code with unit and integration test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering standards.
• Ensure applications are secure, responsive, accessible and perform consistently across browsers and devices.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of owned components.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with distributed remote teams.

Required skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, DOM fundamentals.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests and work with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of secure frontend development principles.
