Fullstack Developer (Python, React, AWS)

About the role

Citco is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join its Middle Office Solutions IT team. The role focuses on building and enhancing proprietary software platforms that support treasury, collateral and trade operations for the firm’s middle‑office business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and release new application functionality and enhancements for existing systems.
• Contribute to automated build processes and maintain system documentation and knowledge‑base.
• Develop, test and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows to extend platform capabilities.
• Provide third‑level support, troubleshoot issues and create user assistance tools.
• Investigate emerging technologies and present architectural recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services, APIs and service‑oriented architecture.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with test‑driven development and debugging complex issues.
