About the role
The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join its Dublin and Midlands region on a permanent, whole‑time basis. The successful candidate will commence duties on 1 September 2026, providing primary care services to the community in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general practice services to patients in the assigned locality.
- Operate from your own GP premises that must be established and ready for patient care by the start date.
- Maintain compliance with HSE standards and local health regulations.
Required profile
- Qualified General Practitioner who has completed a recognised Vocational Training Scheme.
- Ownership or lease of suitable GP premises in the Naas area, ready for use by 1 September 2026.
- Documented evidence of English language proficiency as required by the job description.
