About the role
Mercury is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join its Change Management team in Dublin. This entry‑level position is part of an 18‑month graduate programme designed to develop future leaders in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support the tactical delivery of change initiatives across the business.
- Coordinate project activities, maintain schedules and produce status reports.
- Manage cross‑functional tasks and ensure alignment with the Change Programme Manager.
- Contribute to a group research project and present findings to senior management.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in construction and change management.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills quickly.
