Group Operations Manager

About the role

Brennans Pharmacy Group is seeking a Group Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across its four community pharmacies in County Donegal. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be the operational backbone, ensuring consistent standards, efficient day‑to‑day running and the delivery of strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Director to translate strategic goals into operational results.
• Maintain and improve operational standards, systems and processes across all four sites.
• Support and coordinate Pharmacist Managers, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring consistent service quality and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure visible, on‑site leadership with regular weekend presence.

Required profile

• Significant direct experience in community pharmacy operations.
• Proven leadership ability in a multi‑site retail or pharmacy environment.
• Strong commitment to high standards, accountability and direct communication.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends.
