Group Procurement Manager

About the role

JMK Group is seeking an experienced Group Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy across its expanding portfolio of hotels in the UK and Ireland. This senior leadership position will drive cost efficiencies, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure procurement excellence across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide procurement strategy aligned with brand standards.
• Negotiate contracts for key categories such as food & beverage, linen, utilities, maintenance, FF&E, and operating equipment.
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to maintain quality and service levels.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
• Standardise procurement processes across multiple hotel sites.
• Monitor purchasing compliance, eliminate duplicate spend, and review supplier invoices and contract performance.
• Support procurement for new hotel openings and refurbishments.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and General Managers on budgets and approvals.

Required profile

• Proven procurement experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑site operations.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Commercially driven with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple properties in a fast‑paced environment.
