About the role
This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth. You will shape and scale the creative engine that powers large‑scale paid media for multiple high‑growth consumer brands in Ireland, ensuring creative output drives measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of high‑growth consumer brand clients.
- Build, refine, and operationalise creative frameworks, playbooks and SOPs based on platform insights and performance data from Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels.
- Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, improving their ability to diagnose performance issues and create high‑converting concepts.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end creative production process with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality and scalability.
- Partner closely with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production and paid media execution for maximum impact.
- Own creative onboarding for new clients, delivering early performance wins within the first 30 days.
- Act as senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Continuously analyse creative performance trends to identify optimisation, innovation and scaling opportunities.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably in a fast‑paced agency environment managing multiple clients.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates, reduced CPA or significant revenue growth through creative strategy.
- Deep expertise in direct‑response marketing and paid‑social creative performance, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong ability to develop, mentor and lead high‑performing creative teams in a results‑oriented, high‑volume setting.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable creative direction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
