Healthcare Assistant – Weekend Shifts – €18/hr

About the role

We are a leading home healthcare provider seeking qualified Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated weekend team. You will support adults in the community, delivering personal care and home support in a compassionate, nurse‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and home support to clients in their own homes.
• Follow individualized care plans and promote independence, dignity, and well‑being.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and report any changes in condition.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control measures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and the wider care team.

Required profile

• Caring, dependable, and motivated to deliver excellent care.
• Working toward QQI Level 5 with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules completed.
• Valid People Moving & Handling Certificate.
• Full EU driver’s licence and own a car (essential).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• Willing to provide work and character references and complete Garda Vetting (fee covered).
