HR Generalist – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

EXL is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its Dublin team. The role supports Talent Acquisition and the broader HR function across Ireland and the UK, offering a blend of employee‑lifecycle management and recruitment support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, probation, role changes, promotions, and off‑boarding.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support absence management, leave processes, and HR operations.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, compliance, and payroll‑related administration.
• Prepare contracts, employee letters, and other HR documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to draft job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and contribute to employee engagement initiatives across the UK and Ireland.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of HR experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
