About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our EMEA Hiring program in Dublin. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Programs & Events, you will own a varied portfolio that includes managing internship cohorts and delivering high‑profile recruiting events across Europe. This hybrid, full‑time contract role offers the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast‑moving, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the EMEA internship programme, handling onboarding logistics, manager engagement and ongoing activations for multiple cohorts.
• Plan and execute a calendar of recruiting events, campus activations, flagship conferences and office tours across EMEA.
• Manage operational and procurement tasks such as PO and contract administration, swag orders and general programme support.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders and end‑to‑end delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme coordination, project management or events, preferably within talent, HR or education.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders and student interactions.
• Self‑starter who thrives independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with purchase order processing and contract administration.
• Genuine interest in emerging talent and supporting the next generation.
