Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to support our HR department and leadership team. The role combines day‑to‑day HR operations with strategic initiatives aimed at driving company growth and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of HR in daily HR activities, employee relations, hiring, and team development.
• Lead talent acquisition, post job ads, coordinate with recruitment partners, and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Design and roll out employee growth and development plans in partnership with team leaders.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and promote HR best practices.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, answering payroll‑related queries and promoting employee well‑being.
• Manage onboarding, track probation periods, and provide timely feedback to new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, help develop fair performance management processes.
• Create and present HR reports on retention, recruitment, and other talent trends for leadership.
• Lead or support HR projects aimed at improving processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or CIPD certification.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic data analysis capabilities.
