Hygiene Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Join Sofina Foods as a Hygiene Operator on the night shift, playing a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and production‑ready environment. You will work across multiple production areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness that support product quality and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all production lines, including removal, cleaning, and re‑assembly of belts and parts according to cleaning instruction cards.
• Clean machine components, walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces following set procedures.
• Work in boxing, chill, and freezer zones, adhering to the established cleaning schedule.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures at all times.
• Complete checklists and workflow guidelines accurately.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to meet required hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate in spoken English at a reasonable level.
• Well‑organized and capable of following structured processes.
• Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills.
• Quality‑focused, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
