Implementation Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

Personio is looking for an Implementation Specialist who will lead the onboarding and adoption of its HR platform for German‑speaking customers across the DACH region. You will work closely with HR teams, guiding them through setup, integration and daily use while delivering a personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects, ensuring smooth setup and integration of Personio.
• Champion product adoption to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
• Conduct regular consultative meetings to understand needs and provide tailored advice.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
• Triage and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams and escalating bugs.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Growth, Customer Success and Product teams to share insights.
• Support new team members, contribute to documentation and improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing SaaS, B2B or B2C role.
• Proven project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Quick learner with strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.
• Growth mindset, adaptable and resilient.
