Inside Sales Representative – Spanish Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

MarketStar is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to promote Dropbox solutions. This remote position is based in Ireland and requires fluency in both Spanish and English to engage with SMB customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as product and service advocate, generating interest and awareness of Dropbox’s value proposition.
• Build and maintain client relationships through high‑volume outbound calls and email outreach.
• Articulate technical and business benefits quickly via phone and written communication.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and online product demonstrations.
• Provide accurate technical information and support for Dropbox services.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of tele‑sales or B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in account management within the SMB space.
• Proven success in a quota‑driven, high‑demand sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone presence.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay current on product knowledge.

Required skills

• Salesforce or other CRM experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer software/hardware.
