About the role
Omnissa is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand its presence across the EMEA region. You will focus on qualifying inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting campaigns, building a pipeline of multilingual prospects for the corporate sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Identify and engage new prospects through cold‑calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand use‑cases and tailor messaging.
- Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets while continuously improving outreach techniques.
Required profile
- Fluent in French, German, Spanish or Italian, with strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting or sales development.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑changing, high‑growth environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
