About the role
The Integrated Creative Lead will shape and deliver high‑profile marketing campaigns for London’s government, turning strategic objectives into compelling visual stories that resonate with Londoners. Working within the Creative team of the External Relations Unit, you will translate the Mayor’s priorities into integrated creative concepts across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Research and generate ideas for campaign creatives, including mood boards and scamping concepts.
- Develop creative routes from concept to final artwork, adapting designs for digital, print, video and out‑of‑home media.
- Produce finished assets in required file formats and sizes for each channel.
- Scope locations, procure props, and select cast or volunteers for shoots.
- Conduct image research using stock photography and manage visual assets.
- Collaborate with suppliers, production companies, agencies, freelancers and printers to ensure quality delivery.
Required profile
- Strong conceptual thinking with a passion for great design.
- Proven experience as an integrated creative lead or senior creative, either in‑house or agency.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative projects.
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership ability to inspire, guide and mentor a team apprentice.
