International Reporting Tax Advisory Consultant

About the role

Stripe is seeking an experienced International Reporting Tax Advisory Consultant to join its Dublin team. You will act as the tax reporting subject‑matter expert for a range of international regimes and support the company’s rapid global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to expert on international tax reporting requirements such as CESOP, DAC7, and Merchant Acquirer reporting.
• Own complex international tax reporting projects and ensure compliance with local tax authorities.
• Partner with indirect tax compliance leads and cross‑functional teams to refine tax compliance processes for POS and e‑commerce.
• Lead tax reporting audits and coordinate interactions with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define tax requirements and design user‑focused tax solutions.
• Promote tax awareness across the organization through training and policy updates.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in international reporting.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate complex tax concepts to non‑tax professionals.
• Strong collegial approach and experience managing multi‑team projects.
• Based in Dublin and able to report to the Head of Tax Information Reporting and Withholding in the United States.
