Intune Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Intune Administrator to join our fast‑growing consulting and technology firm in Dublin. You will be responsible for managing the Microsoft Intune environment across Windows, iOS and Android devices, ensuring compliance and supporting our clients’ mobility strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Intune environment, with a primary focus on Windows endpoints.
• Support Windows build and zero‑touch provisioning processes.
• Integrate and enforce compliance for iOS and Android devices.
• Act as the first point of contact for Intune MDM incidents, handling P1 and P2 issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold mobility policies and work closely with the security team on best practices and zero‑day vulnerabilities.
• Liaise with Microsoft and vendors to obtain technical support and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune, especially for Windows endpoints.
• Familiarity with enterprise management of iOS and Android devices.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with security teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to enforce mobility best practices in line with corporate security standards.
