PLM Developer

About the role

Anduril Industries is looking for a PLM Developer to join its IT Systems team in Dublin. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing custom PLM solutions built on PTC Windchill, ensuring data integrity and process automation across engineering and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain backend configuration and customizations in PLM systems, primarily PTC Windchill and Teamcenter.
• Integrate PLM platforms with enterprise applications such as ERP, CAD, and XPLM.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end‑users.
• Support data migration of legacy product data to new system configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimise PLM capabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and customisations.
• Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions, addressing user‑reported issues and applying updates.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes and assess business impact.
• Assist with overall PLM system migration initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 + years of development experience with PTC Windchill or similar PLM software.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Java / J2EE development.
• JavaScript, GWT, jQuery, XML, JSP.
• SQL database proficiency.
• Experience with PTC Windchill.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of ERP, CAD, and XPLM integration concepts.
