Knowledge Systems Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Knowledge Systems Lead to shape the organization, access, and consumption of critical information across our customer‑facing knowledge platforms. Working in a fast‑scaling healthcare AI environment, you will turn complex regulatory and technical guidance into clear, reusable knowledge assets that serve both human users and AI‑driven retrieval systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the taxonomy, navigation, and overall architecture of the customer‑facing knowledge base.
• Design and maintain content models, metadata frameworks, and templates for consistency and scalability.
• Translate regulatory, technical, and product requirements into structured, actionable documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, subject‑matter experts, and customer experience teams to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Use search analytics and content performance data to identify gaps and improve discoverability.
• Optimize knowledge systems for both human users and AI retrieval, ensuring versioning and machine‑readability.
• Define and enforce governance standards for knowledge creation and lifecycle management.
• Support integration of knowledge across product surfaces for consistent guidance delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, content systems, technical documentation, or information architecture.
• Background in complex, technical, B2B or regulated environments, preferably healthcare, compliance, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to design scalable information structures.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and their impact on customer outcomes.
