Lead Pharmacist – Public Health & Community Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacist to steer public health and community pharmacy services for NHS Fife. Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy – Population Health and Wellbeing, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across a diverse pharmacy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of pharmaceutical public health and community pharmacy services.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support service transformation.
• Provide strategic planning, management and oversight of pharmacy service provision.
• Deliver a weekly clinical session in an agreed area.
• Champion NHS Fife’s core values of dignity, respect, care, openness, honesty, responsibility, quality and teamwork.

Required profile

• Qualified pharmacist with registration to practice in the United Kingdom.
• Significant experience in public health and community pharmacy settings.
• Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Commitment to NHS values and to improving population health.
