Legal Executive – Personal Injury

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Executive to join a well‑established personal injury team in Dublin. The role is fully office‑based and offers the opportunity to work closely with solicitors, clients and third‑party advisers while gaining valuable litigation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take instructions from solicitors and liaise with clients or third‑party solicitors on queries.
• Attend court as required and conduct legal research on assigned cases.
• Assist in preparing and collating briefs and supporting documentation.
• Provide administrative support, including photocopying, filing and document handling.
• Record all chargeable and non‑chargeable time accurately.
• Manage file handling post‑completion, release title documents and schedule them.
• Adhere to data classification and handling policies, reporting any breaches.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year litigation experience, preferably in defence.
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High motivation and the ability to act independently.
