Property Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Property Legal Executive to join a Dublin‑based law firm. The role focuses on residential conveyancing, managing transactions from instruction through to post‑completion under solicitor supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction to post‑completion.
• Draft and review contracts for sale, respond to requisitions and prepare supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions to progress transactions.
• Order and review property, planning and title searches.
• Prepare closing statements, completion packs and handle Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.
• Submit stamp duty returns via the Revenue eStamping system.
• Assist with mortgage documentation and lender requirements.
• Maintain client files, deadlines and compliance with Law Society regulations.
• Provide regular client updates and manage post‑completion matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent experience in residential conveyancing (3‑5 years preferred).
• Understanding of real‑estate practices and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service focus.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the eStamping system for stamp duty returns.
• Experience handling Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.

• Salary up to €52,000 (DOE) with a total package up to €60,000.
