About the role
Join a leading dispute resolution team handling high‑value commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and corporate crises across multiple sectors. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, boards and in‑house legal teams to provide strategic advice and manage complex matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on complex commercial disputes across technology, financial services, life sciences, real estate, gaming and retail.
- Manage litigation, mediation, arbitration, expert determination and other dispute resolution processes.
- Support technology and consumer‑facing businesses on contentious and regulatory issues.
- Assist clients responding to regulatory investigations and enquiries, engaging with bodies such as the Data Protection Commission and other regulators.
- Provide counsel on white‑collar and corporate crime matters including fraud, bribery, corruption and money‑laundering.
- Guide clients through internal investigations, dawn raids and reputationally sensitive disputes.
- Handle product liability and multi‑party litigation matters.
- Collaborate with boards, senior stakeholders and in‑house teams on strategic legal issues.
Required profile
- 3+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation or disputes.
- Strong drafting, analytical and technical abilities.
- Interest or experience in investigations, regulatory matters or white‑collar work.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
